Meet our stallholders (alphabetical order)






Tracy and Rebecca of Nature's Fayre make a wide range of preserves, marmalades and pickles, chutneys and dressings using home and locally grown fruit and vegetables. They also sell their own honey in a range of flavours from hives based around Thrapston; in the villages of Wadenhoe, Clopton and Woodford. This honey is also used as a natural sweetener in all other products in the range. Extra treats from the duo include honey fudge and honey flapjack.



Joan at Paws specialises in baking tasty dog biscuits and treats using only 100% natural human grade ingredients. Dogs love them and you can be confident that you are giving your dog truly healthy treats. Paws also offer an excellent range of high quality grain free complete dog food to support your dog from puppyhood to senior years.



Based in Deeping St James, Grasmere Farm raise Hampshire Cross outdoor bred pigs on their farm using traditional farming methods. Their stall boasts a wide range of pork products from bacon, sausages and burgers, to cold cuts, chorizo and pates, black pudding, faggots, meat balls and pork and meat pies. They also make their own red onion marmalade.


Hilary and Teresa bake a wide range of sweet treats and based in Kings Cliffe. Steamed puddings like sticky toffee, treacle, ginger

and fruit are a speciality. Also available is a range of beautifully decorated cupcakes, as well as tarts, brownies and slices of sponge cakes in various flavours. The stall is always a delight to visit and marvel the display of tempting treats.

BROCKLEBY'S PIES - Gluten Free options often offered

Brockleby's make a wide range of meat and non-meat pies using fresh and local ingredients. Buy hot savoury pies like Moroccan lamb, longhorn steak & stilton, poachers, big game and wild deer, as well as their award winning wild beaver pie. For something less meaty, the range includes cheese & potato and salmon & broccoli and more flavours are regularly being added. Brocklebys is based in Melton Mowbray, so they also have a range of cold meat pies like their pork, pork & stilton and chicken & ham - look out for the organic pork pie which is the only one you'll find in the UK.




Based in Oundle and Wisbech, John Adrian Mytton and his family rear their own animals and use local feeds to produce quality pork

and poultry. Come to the market to enjoy his cooked pork sausages which Adrian will be cooking and serving fresh on his stall.

Pork sausages from his family farms will also be available to purchase and cook at home.



Please note that we cannot guarantee that all stalls will attend every market. Sometimes a stallholder may be unwell, or have transport problems, animals that need caring for or poor weather may have affected crops and so on. As most of our stallholders are very small businesses, sometimes even the best intentions means that they cannot get to market. Based on the Northants/Bucks borders, every product made by them is hand mixed, hand kneaded, slowly fermented and individually crafted, taking care to use the best flour possible. Passionate about using heritage grains and nearly all breads contain their own wild yeast culture (sourdough), either solely or in combination with 'bakers' yeast. It takes between 14 and 40 hours to make  all our products. Choose from sourdough loaves and rolls, flavoured breads (olive, garlic, tomato, basil & brie), flatbreads, brioche, croissants and cinnamon Danishes amongst others.


REPLETE FLATBREADS - Gluten Free and Vegan options offered

Based in Rushden, Iain Cowen of Replete Flatbreads makes and bakes a range of flavoured flatbreads all filled with fresh ingredients. Each flatbread represents flavours from different corners of the world, like his Indian Kulcha which is stuffed with onion bhaji, a Spanish tapas flatbread stuffed with potatas bravas not to mention Italian, British, Greek and Egyptian to name a few. Made using locally milled organic flour, onions from Iain's allotment and Stanwick-based Nene View Dairy's goats cheese in some.





Based in Welland Vale, Laura and Steve are coffee lovers who import high quality green coffee beans from around the world - Brazil, Colombia, Papua New Guinea, Kenya, Peru and Costa Rica - always mindful to trade fairly with the farmers. The green coffee is roasted by the duo at their specialist roasting facility and sell it bagged in beans, fine and filter ground, all with unique flavours.




Alan and Christine run their own nursery in Mears Ashby towards Northampton,. They bring a range of bedding, potted bulbs, perennials alpines and shrubs for the garden, as well as vegetable plants and seed potatoes for the allotment. Ready-made planters and hanging baskets are available in season.




Featuring homemade Meditteranean treats like baklava made with local honey, Turkish Delight, houmous, filo slices filled with feta and spinach, and stuffed olives in local rapeseed oil. Stallholder Sefer also brings a wide range of Fowler's Cheese, from cheddars to blues, to chilli and garlic flavoured, as well as haloumi and goats cheese. Sefer hails from Turkey and runs his deli in Wistow, Leicestershire.




John brings fresh, seasonal vegetables and fruit as well as kindling, firewood and bird seed. John's wife Jacquie brings her  tradiitonal whole cakes and scones, baked fresh in her farmhouse kitchen. Fresh cut flowers, firewood and kindling also available when in season.


BEVISTAN DAIRY (April to September)

Based at Valley View Farm, which nestles in a beautiful north Bedfordshire valley overlooking the River Great Ouse. Bevistan

produces sheep milk, cheese and yogurt from its own herd. Sheeps milk is naturally low in lactose and can be enjoyed without modification, It has a crisp clear taste and is the ideal alternative for people who are intolerant to cow and goats milk. 



Sara grows a range of culinary herbs from seed. She sells them as carefully selected potted herb collections, ready for use in cooking. The herbs can be kept on the window sill or planted out in the garden. Potted in sustainable bamboo pots,  they make lovely gifts. Choose from ‘Minty Moments, ‘Tasty Teas’, ‘BBQ Brilliance, ‘Classy Cocktails’, ‘Great Gravies’ and ‘Fabulous Fish’, there's a herb collection to suit everybody. Sara is based in Sudborough, only a few miles from Thrapston.



A dessert and confectionery stall offering truffles, cookies, bars, fudge, American-style loaf cakes and a regularly changing menu of other sweet treats. Daniella is American-born and now lives in Raunds, near Thrapston. Daniella has always had a passion for cooking and baking and trained as a pastry chef at The Art Institute of Colorado in Denver, Colorado.


Pepper Jar Creations is a hot sauce kitchen run by Rushden-based Jamie. He makes a delicious range of ‘not-the-usual’ spicy sauces to add to cooking recipes, as marinades and as table sauces if you like a kick to your food! Products include Garlic Fire, Smokin' Fire, Ultra FIre, Sweet Fire and Winter Fire. Made with chillis grown in Cambridgeshire by Edible Ornamentals.
